How long does my order take to arrive?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Each product is made with different materials such as stainless steel, gold filled plating, cord, plastic components, or charms.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes, within the first 15 days after receiving the product, although the pieces must be in perfect condition for the return/exchange to be possible. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@olandlu.mx and we will be happy to assist you.
Are the pieces adjustable?
Some pieces are adjustable, while others are not. If you have questions about a specific product, please email us at contact@olandlu.mx
Can I shower with the products?
